Russell A. Perry

Russell Perry is an Associate with Bridge Associates LLC, joining the firm in January 2008. Mr. Perry has experience in corporate financing, complex treasury management arrangements, corporate cash management, financial modeling and corporate retirement plans.
His Bridge engagements include:
- Member of the Bridge Team providing a Retrospective Solvency Report on an auto parts manufacturer with revenues exceeding $3 Billion annually.
- Member of the Bridge Team providing financial advisory services to a secured senior lender of an auto parts manufacturer.
Immediately prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Perry attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and received his M.B.A. Prior to business school, he was a Business Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch. Mr. Perry advised small to mid-sized businesses with revenues from $10MM to $200MM, focusing his efforts in provider-based healthcare; most specifically physician-owned specialty hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, large physician practices, and healthcare service companies. Mr. Perry was nominated to multiple national advisory councils at Merrill Lynch, commissioned to redesign the corporate compensation model and create new treasury management solutions for clients.
In addition to his M.B.A., Mr. Perry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University, is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals and is registered with the NASD.
