Bridge Associates LLC Expands its Capabilities with the Addition of Three Senior Professionals

New York, NY- September 25th, 2007- Bridge Associates LLC, a leading national turnaround, crisis and interim management firm, announced today that Colleen P. Lowmiller, Todd M. Patnode and Patricia A. Missal have joined the firm.

Colleen P. Lowmiller joins Bridge as a Director in the Chicago office. Ms. Lowmiller will be part of the senior management team focusing on Bridge's general turnaround practice with an emphasis on developing creditor side relationships. Ms. Lowmiller has over 17 years of business experience in the areas of corporate turnarounds and bankruptcies, lender workouts, capital raising and various finance and accounting consulting. Immediately prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Lowmiller was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice based in Chicago. Her industry experience includes retail, van line/relocation, for-profit education, airline, manufacturing and healthcare.

Todd M. Patnode joins Bridge as a Director in the Dallas office. Mr. Patnode will focus primarily on Bridge’s Healthcare Turnaround and Restructuring Practice. In addition, Mr. Patnode will be part of Bridge’s senior management team, focusing on interim management assignments as well as strengthening Bridge’s service offerings in the areas of pre-purchase evaluations to Bridge clients and its litigation and support practice. Mr. Patnode has over 15 years of experience providing professional services related to valuation, mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory, crisis management and corporate recovery for a variety of healthcare and other industry clients. Immediately prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Patnode was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice. Patricia (Patty) A. Missal joins Bridge as a Principal in the Cleveland office. She will focus on interim management assignments. Ms. Missal has over 15 years of professional experience, specializing in interim management, financial advisory services and restructuring services. Immediately prior to joining Bridge, she was a Principal with Newmarket Partners, LLC. In that role she provided professional services as a Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a variety of clients, worked as an advisor on several sale engagements (both in and out of bankruptcy settings) and led groups performing forensic accounting and investigation services.
