We take great pleasure in announcing that Mark Stickel has been promoted to Chief Administration Officer
Mr. Stickel joined Bridge as a Principal in June, 2000, bringing an extensive background in operations and finance. Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Stickel held a variety of executive positions with the Anchor Glass Container Corporation, a billion dollar company located in Tampa, Florida. Following confirmation of the Company's Plan of Reorganization, Mr. Stickel served as Administrative Trustee of the Anchor Liquidating Trust.
In 2001, Mr. Stickel became a founding Member and Managing Director of Wind Down Associates, LLC ("Wind Down"), a wholly owned Bridge subsidiary based in Tampa, FL. Bridge formed Wind Down Associates to manage post-confirmation trusts for emerging Chapter 11 debtors, liquidations for the benefit of creditors in out-of-court proceedings and assignments for creditors' committees prior to the confirmation of debtors' plans of reorganization.
As Managing Director of Wind Down, Mr. Stickel manages the daily administrative and operating functions of the plans and trusts administered by Bridge, and frequently serves as the trustee or plan agent responsible to the estate and its creditors for Bridge's results. He is currently involved in the liquidation and wind down of the assets and operations of a wide number of Bridge clients including:
In 2004, Wind Down Associates, LLC merged with Bridge and became the Wind Down Services Division of Bridge, and Mr. Stickel became a Managing Director of Bridge.
As Chief Administrative Officer of Bridge, Mr. Stickel will continue to manage Bridge's Wind Down Services Division, and will now also oversee the administrative and human resource functions of Bridge.
